Wednesday off to COWBOYS Training Camp
So one of the cool things about Cali at this point is Cowboys training camp is held about two hours away. So a short Texas drive and your there. That is what Dad and I did on Wednesday. We drove to Oxnard, CA. to watch the Cowboys training camp. Another cool thing is you only have to pay $5 dollars for a day of parking and it's free to get into watch the camp.
So into the helmet we go! It seems they built the training field just for the Cowboys camp. It had two 100 yard fields and sidelines. A fence area aroud the fields for the fans to stand at. If you didn't want to stand you could sit in some bleachers and watch.
It was pretty neat watch them practice. If you ever played football it was a lot like our own practices. Imagine that! Roy Williams and some rookie almost got into it. That was funny. We saw the injured Terrel Owens working out with the trainer. We saw Tyson Thopmson who is a born and nread Texan from Irvung. The first Cowboy from Irving. I got to seem him play in High School when he had his second bet overall rushing game against Richland rushing for over 300 yards.
As we were leaving after the second practice I saw one of the buses they had out the complex out there and decided to have a look. Well it was kind of a show off trailer. IT had all five of the Superbowl trophies displayed along with big replicas of the three most recent Superbowl rings. They were also letting people take pictures in frot of the trophies while wearing the five superbowl rings. So of course I had to do that. The rings were huge, and had lots of diamonds.
As you can see the first two are white gold and the last three are yellow gold. Pretty neat huh?

I am so jealous after reading this post!!!!! I saw your dad's pics today. He was showing them to everyone at church. haha. He had a really great time out there!
Sounds like you had a great time. The rings look heavy.lol.
How much are those rings insured for? And do those players who have more than 1 ever wear them both/all at the same time or is that considered showing off?
